The Banquet

                         

Time and Location

The banquet is scheduled for Sat, Aug 7th, starting with the reception of our guests at 7:00 PM with a little welcome cocktail "quattro colori", while the dinner will be served at 8:00 PM.

The banquet will be held in the cupola hall of the Natural History Museum. Take a virtual tour around in this masterpiece of architecture.

Weather permitting, we will be able to take a guided tour (group wise) on the roof top from where one has a most spectaculous view over 'Vienna by Night'.

Menue

As usual, there will be the choice between the standard and the vegetarian menue (each 3 course).

Fresh baked bread rolls with butter flowers and herb spread

Marinated medaillons of anglerfish on a rich olive - bell pepper ragout

Pink fried breast of duck with marinated zucchini slices

served with corn crêpes

or

for our vegetarian guests

Stuffed zucchini loaf with tomato sauce

Strawberry pastry with fruit sauce and sweet balm
 
 

Served with a selection of fine Austrian wines.
 
        
Price

The price of the banquet is USD 58 or EUR 48 including the roof top tour.
